Can I try BunnyDoc API before I purchase a plan?

If you’re interested in trying out the eSignature API for free, simply reach out to us, and we’ll set up a complimentary API account for you with 50 signature requests included.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, for annual subscription plans purchased on, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. For monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.

Does everyone signing the document need a BunnyDoc account?

No, recipients of your documents do not require an account to sign with BunnyDoc. Your document will be sent via email, allowing recipients to review the document, adopt a signature, and complete the signing process without the need for a BunnyDoc account.

Does your regular signature plan include the eSignature API?

The API Plans are separate from our regular plans and are billed independently. Once you buy our API plane you will get access to create an API key.

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you’d like to change your plan or cancel your account.

How do I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

You can close or downgrade your account at any time by following the instructions.
Downgrade account: Go to ‘Admin Settings’ and visit the ‘Billing’ section to downgrade the account.
Close the account: Go to ‘Admin Settings’ and click on ‘Delete my account’.
