These data centers have physical barriers, various security guards, the latest technology for threat detection, and a robust screening process for maximum security. They also comply fully with the major security and data storage certifications, ensuring the legality and protection of electronically signed documents.
The application takes continuous data backups for the key data stores. This ensures that your data stays secure in the event of an unexpected happening or disaster. We never expose your details and data to third parties.
All visitors and contractors are required to present identification and are signed in and continually escorted by authorized staff. Amazon only provides data center access and information to employees who have a legitimate business need for such privileges. When an employee no longer has a business need for these privileges, his or her access is immediately revoked, even if they continue to be an employee of Amazon or Amazon Web Services. All physical and electronic access to data centers by Amazon employees is logged and audited routinely.
1. PCI Obligation & Payments
We have partnered with Stripe’s secure and trusted online payment processing platform to process your payments. Stripe holds a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, and rest assured that we never store the cardholder information.
2. Prohibited Data Storage
Apart from your signed document storage, we do not store any other type of personal data, including card validation code, card number, PIN code, and expiry date. We strictly adhere to the prohibited data storage laws and regulations.
3. AATL & Anti-Tampering
All BunnyDoc documents that you and your recipients sign are compliant with AATL. BunnyDoc features anti-tampering control, which plays a part in protecting your document’s integrity and maintaining its originality.
4. Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
BunnyDoc offers an extra layer of protection for user accounts using 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) This feature adds a security layer, immediately neutralizing the risks of compromised or hacked passwords.
5. Authentication and Session Management
To maximize the security of your documents, the users need to undertake user authentication each time they use the BunnyDoc. If the session remains inactive for an hour, it expires, and you need to log in again.
6. Service Level & Backups
This application uses multiple techniques to provide you with reliable uptime. These include load balancing, task queues, autoscaling, and automating everyday database backups. Plus, all backups are encrypted for enhanced security.
7. Data Deletion
Upon your request, BunnyDoc will work to delete all customer data and documents from our system. Documents that are under legal hold or owned by multiple parties will be deleted upon completion of the legal hold process or upon deletion by the other parties.

8. Incident Reporting
If you need to submit a security-related incident to BunnyDoc, please send an email to the bunnyDoc team at [email protected] outlining the incident in as much detail as possible. Our security professionals will then evaluate the report and get back to you to discuss the incident further if required.
