Form 956A lets you appoint an authorised recipient, a person who receives letters and other written communications from the Department of Home Affairs for you, or withdraw that appointment. An authorised recipient does not give immigration advice or act for you. Open the official form from homeaffairs.gov.au in BunnyDoc's free Sign PDF tool straight from this page, type into its fillable fields, add your signature and date, and download it. Everything happens in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
