Are these invoice templates free?

Yes. Every template opens in the free invoice generator, where you can edit it and download a PDF with no sign-up and no watermark.

Can I download the template as Word or Excel?

The templates download as PDF, which is what most clients expect and cannot be changed by accident. To change an invoice later, open the template again: your details are saved in your browser.

Which template should I use?

Pick your job for typical line items, and your country for the right currency, tax and invoice rules. If your job is not listed, use the template for your country or the freelance template.

Do the templates include tax?

Country templates add the standard VAT, GST or sales tax rate to each line. If you are not registered for tax, clear the tax column before you download.
