When merging PDFs helps
Combining files into one PDF makes them easier to send, upload and keep together. Common examples are a job application (cover letter, CV and certificates), a rental application with payslips and references, an expense claim with its receipts, or a contract with its schedules and appendices.

Will the quality of my PDF change?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Files with editing restrictions are the exception: their pages are redrawn as high-resolution images so they can be combined.
