Send for signature

Send documents for signature and get them back signed faster

Upload a PDF, drag in signature fields, add your signers and press send. BunnyDoc emails each person a secure link, reminds them if they forget, and tells you the moment everyone has signed.

Signers don't need a BunnyDoc account.

Bunnydoc
How it works

From PDF to signed contract in four steps

  1. 1

    Upload your document

Import a PDF, or start from one of your saved templates. You can preview the document before you set anything up.

  2. 2

    Add signers and fields

Add each signer's name and email, then drag and drop signature, initials, date, text and other fields onto the page for each person.

  3. 3

    Choose the signing order

Let everyone sign at the same time, or define roles so each signer gets the document only after the previous one has finished.

  4. 4

    Send and track

Press send. Every signer gets a secure link by email, and you can follow the status of the document from your dashboard.

Prepare

Place fields exactly where you need them

The BunnyDoc editor shows your document page by page. Drag a signature field onto the line where it belongs, add initials, dates, names, email addresses and free-text boxes, and assign every field to the right signer. Required fields make sure nothing is left blank, and read-only fields let you pre-fill information the signer should see but not change.

Need to collect information as well as a signature? Use fill forms to add data to the document before it goes out, or leave fields for the signer to complete. When you are done, save the setup as a template so the next send takes seconds.

Bunnydoc
Built for real workflows

Everything you need to send with confidence

Multiple signers

Get a single document signed by several people: clients, colleagues, landlords, partners.

Signing order and roles

Create a signature workflow by defining who signs and which fields each person completes.

Automatic reminders

Signers who forget get a friendly reminder, so documents don't stall in someone's inbox.

Signer passcodes

Protect sensitive documents by asking a signer for a passcode before they can open them.

Replace a recipient

Sent it to the wrong address? Change the recipient or update the email even after sending.

Edit after sending

Modify the document fields or signers after it is sent, without starting over.

Track

Always know where every document stands

Your envelopes list shows every document you have sent, with its status and the time of the last change: out for signature, awaiting your signature, completed, declined, draft or expiring soon. Open any document to see who has signed and who is still to sign, send it again, or download the finished copy.

Turn on notifications to hear when a signer opens the document, when someone declines it, when it is close to expiring and when it is completed by everyone. You can also have these updates sent to extra email addresses, so the whole team stays informed.

Bunnydoc 3
For your signers

Easy for the people who sign

Recipients don't need an account or any software. They open the link in the email, review the document and sign it on a computer, tablet or phone. They can draw their signature with a mouse or finger, type it and pick a handwriting style, or upload an image of it. If you only accept certain types of signature, you can restrict the options.

Every signed document is legally binding and comes with a complete audit trail, so you have proof of who signed, when, and from where.

What is an eSignature?
