How to write a cleaning business invoice
- List each visit date or the number of visits, so the client can check them against their records.
- Bill one-off jobs such as deep cleans or end-of-tenancy cleans on their own lines.
- Show supplies and equipment separately if you charge for them.
- Short payment terms, such as 7 days, are normal for cleaning services.
