How to write a cleaning business invoice

  • List each visit date or the number of visits, so the client can check them against their records.

  • Show supplies and equipment separately if you charge for them.
  • Short payment terms, such as 7 days, are normal for cleaning services.

Not sure what to charge? Work out your minimum rate with the freelance rate calculator, and agree the price first with the quote generator.
